"Oh Jolly Good."
*The man beamed a big smile and stuck out his hand to shake.*
"The Names William Robert Hare."
"I'm the proud owner of a little bording house in this town as well as a few acres of land to boot."
"Now as to why I wanted to know if you were who I thought you were. Which you are."
"I was woundering if you'd be intrested in a job I have to offer you. One of my pices of land a spot of grassland I use to grazze some of the sheep I keep to sell to the meat establishments in town. It is constenly been raided by some scurilus vagabonds who continuesly sneak in a steal the sheep."
"I hav tried to get some help from the local Milita and what not but there jurisdiction dose not extend to the areas outside Dunnfalls, so when I head a couple of Soilders of Fortune had taken up residence in town I decide to seek you and a Mr. Lieton or something to that effect out as I was hopeing to hire one or both of you to teach the theifs a lesson they won't soon forget."
"But I was informed that Lieton had already been hired by this place. But you My dear Mr Wren were still "availiable" as it were and were in residence here. So I decide to wait till you showed yourself."
"So what do you say Old Chap? Any intrest in my proposition?"

Well well. Patience was indeed a virtue around here.
'Sure. Let's talk somewhere a little more private...'
Vyrrian and Hare walked over to a secluded corner of the room and sat down at one of the tables. Checking that no one was in earshot, Vyrrian began speaking quietly.
'Sounds like a deal to me, my man. The question is how far you want me to pursue these people. It shouldn't be too difficult to pick off anybody I see at the ranch, but it might be more in your interests if I try to find out where they're holed up. I might be able to swoop the entire gang. Maybe even recover some of what you've previously lost.'
'Either way, my fee is 50 gold pieces a day, plus expenses. And believe me, you'll be getting what you pay for.'

*Hare Smiled Boradly.*
"An Even better sujestion Old Chap, yes that would be just spiffy if you could recover some of my herd."
"And your price is most acceptable."
*Hare fishes about in his pocket and brings out a bag of gold.*
"Theres a weeks worth 350 gold picese and when the jobs done I'll setel with you for your expenses and any further payment required sound fair?"
"Oh by the way being that your new here will you be requireing directions to and threw Dunfalls, It's quite a place. Not as bad as The Forest Of Dunn mind you. But people have been know to get lost in there befor now."

*Ann-Marie had been working all morning. She had spied Wren in a corner with a man she didn't reconise. She nodded her head in Wrens direction and gave a wave of her hand but was unsure if he was too busy with the man too notice her.*

'Sounds good to me. Don't worry about directions. I've got an invaluable source of knowledge around here...'
He caught Ann's eye, and winked.
'Ok. I'll arrive at your land at sunset tonight. That should give me time to kit myself out. Don't you fret. By the time I'm through with those boys, they won't be able to look at a sheep without gibbering.'

"Splendid, Splendid. I look forward to seeing you again Mr Wren."
"Now do forgive me must dash, other buissnes matters to take care of round town don't yer know."
"Toodle Pip Old Boy ."
*Mr. Hare got up and walked out of the Inn. When he was a good bit away from the Inn, he pulled a Gold Spy Glass out of his robes and activated it, Soon the Face of Benito Quill, Count Marcus Binkatore's Henchman apperd in it.*
{Quill}
"What do you have to report Senior Hare?"
{Hare}
"Are Quill Old Boy. You know that Mercenery Vyivvan Wren that Lord Fear told The Count to be on the look out for?"
{Quill}
"See What about him?"
{Hare}
"I just ran into him and I've set him up royaly for you and a few of our other estemed Assosiation members to ambush. He'll be passing thew Dunnfalls this evening."
{Quill}
"Exellent News Senior Hare. I will gather a few Men, Miremen and Goblins and intercept him on the road. He will regret the day he crossed The Opposition."
*The Spy glass went black and Hare continued about his buissnes in town.*

*Ann-Marie had seen the strange man leave. She wasn't sure why but she wasn't too sure about him. Something about him just seemed...odd. She shrugged her shoulders and headed over to Wren. Maybe it had been due to her lack of sleep or just a day for strangers appearing.*
Good morning Wren, how are you this good morning? and can I get you anything?

*Ann-Marie smiled and shook her head.*
You need a bit of sustenance and you just want a ale? No breakfast? I'm sure I can grab you something to eat..unless of course you just want a ale?
*Ann-Marie walked over to the bar leaving Wren to follow her.*

*Pouring a ale into a glass and placing it in front of Wren.*
We have a good old fashioned cooked breakfast which in clude some cooked bacan, fried eggs, tomatoes, fried mushroon and toast, we also have porridge served with honey or jam, toast with butter or honey or honey and sliced fruit. The new cooks is a bit of a adventuerer reguards to food so some of the stuff on the menu is new.
Does any of that appeal?

'That cooked breakfast certainly does. Alright, ye've convinced me.'
He smiled as Ann walked towards the kichen with his order, and began considering the job at hand. It wasn't a glamourous beginning, certainly, and from the offset it didn't appear particularly challanging. But it was a good way to start a career, and 50 gold pieces were 50 gold pieces, after all.
After breakfast, he would flesh out his arsenal a bit. He still had plenty of tools left in his satchel, but it was a good idea to settle himself in for the long haul. Plus he was curious as to what weapons he could find in this town. Maybe his young urchin friend could point him in the direction of a blacksmith?

*Ann-Marie told the order to the cook and waited near the door to the bar. She had quickly learnt this cook could be impatient at times..especially if you got in thier way so unless asked she stood out of the way. The smell of the bacon and eggs began to make her hungry and she realised her breakfast of toast was not enough. Looking at the clock in the kitchen it almost unreadable from age and grime told her it was almost time for her break. With a smile she asked the cook for another cooked breakfast just as she placed Wren's meal infront of Ann-Marie.*
*Picking up a knife and fork she also picked up the plate and headed for the bar, puching the door open with her back then heading for Wren. Placing the meal down in front of him.*
There you go, one cooked breakfast to fix your appetite.

'Excellent!' Vyrrian removed a small bottle of his spice from his tunic and sprinkled a few pinches on his meal. Preparations over, he began tucking in with ravenous aplomb. 'This is lovely. Your cook certainly knows what he's doing. By the way, I was thinking. You mentioned taking a trip up to Dunnfalls last night... if there's a time when you're not busy, I was wondering if you could... show me around?' [ModNote: Leytan is now in the eating area too and spots Wren.]

*Ann-Marie smiled.*
I finish early today around three. If you don't need to be gone by then I'll show you to Dunnfalls. I assume it has something to do with that strange man you was talking to earlier?
