Phobos is a skeletroid - like the Bimboid from Knightmare Series 8, only more advanced - designed by Lord Fear to 'hold the fort' in the event of his extended absence from Marblehead. Phobos has now activated. To all intents and purposes, it is Lord Fear, both to others and to itself, and there are various magical safeguards to prevent anyone learning its true identity. Phobos seems not to have inherited all of Lord Fear's memories, or at least not to have easy access to them. His name, as well as meaning fear, sounds like "faux boss". (This character was conceived some years ago by the Moderators, under the working title 'Fearoid', to remedy the fact that the member behind Lord Fear did not wish to continue roleplaying here. Depending on what storylines are taking place, the Phobos account may not be used that often in the long term, so please send any PMs via the Mods, i.e. Young Grimwold.)

Lord Fear returns. Whether he needs, wants or warrants a welcome from me is far from certain. Please send any PMs via the Mods, i.e. Young Grimwold. And yet I am to be his... his secretary? Th-this is not good. But I suppose that is the point.

[OOC: As you're aware, we have two fighters, Robin and Shadow, currently in the sewers of Goth. This, of course, links to both Marblehead and Linghorm, so depending on to which tower our storyline goes, there may well be an encounter with Phobos yet.]

[OOC: Indeed. There's enough evidence to suggest that a catch-up with 'Lord Fear' would be significant to Shadow in particular. Bear in mind, though, that according to an earlier post, Linghorm became- nothing but a smouldering rune from the attack of the former Bal-Shebath, currently known as Firestorm of Marblehead.
