* Hands looks through Marblehead's viewscreen at Leytan taking up his bouncer's position outside the Wolf's Howl. * Hmm...once 'e's finished there, 'e could be 'andy for us. I'll 'ave to mention it to Lord F when 'e gets back. [ModNote: Continued, for Hands, here.]

[ModNote: Continued from Waking up, Crazed Heifer.] * Hands ascends the elevator into the top of Marblehead. * Well, 'is lordship's still stuck in the forest, so I suppose I'm in charge. Now, 'ow does this viewing thingy work?

* After some experimentation, Hands finds that by verbal commands he can view any area but that without Lord Fear's technomantic skills he is unable to communicate with anyone who isn't carrying a spyglass specially prepared for such Opposition communication, and as far as he knows the only ones of those currently issued are his and Deal's. *
Right, well, I'd better try and communicate, or at least find 'im. Deal!

* Finding the spyglass non-functional, Hands scans far and wide looking for Deal but there is no sign of him. However, he notices a scene of some interest in the streets of Wolfenden [OOC: this refers to "The Witch Hunt"]. Though it takes him an inordinately long time, he eventually works out what's going on. * The Powers that Be fightin' a rival villain! Where's 'is lordship when you need 'im? 'Ere - I know! Oh, 'is lordship will be so pleased! I'll get rid of 'ooever's left - they'll be in no condition to fight! * Lord Fear's minions, being of little intelligence (none in the case of the skeletrons), simply obey his appointed right-hand man, namely Hands, in his absence. Hands therefore orders the two miremen, Grippa, Rhark, Tiny and the few skeletrons Lord Fear had left alive (for want of a better word) to head for the scene of the riot, to keep out of sight until the end and to capture either Visage or Rob and Tom. * 'Ang on a minute, you lot - Raptor's not been seen in a while, so Tiny, take this spyglass - you can communi- conummic- communa- talk to me through this - I'll tell you what to do, and you tell the others. Off you go - 'is lordship'll be delighted, 'e'll reward you all, I'm sure. * Fear's minions depart. When Fear returns to witness the result of his oflactorily discomforting minion's impulsive escapade, he will either be thoroughly pleased with himself or furiously regretful for choosing Hands as his right-hand man. *

* Hands watches the events in the village in amazement, thinking, "What the ruddy 'ell is goin' on?" All he understands is that all three of the individuals he was hoping perhaps to capture have vanished. * Damn. I was so 'opin to please 'is Lordship. Oh well, never mind. [Into spyglass:] Tiny, bring 'em back. And, er, don't mention this to 'is lordship, please. [ModNote: They respond here.] 'Ere, one of 'em said Deal was dead, and it sounds like 'e was really workin' for this Scareye fellow, 'ooever 'e is, not for us at all! Well, good riddance - I never liked 'im, and I 'aven't forgotten what 'e did to Skarkill. Well, at least 'is lordship will know I was right not to trust 'im - 'e'll be sorry 'e got me to spring Deal out o' the nick.
