*Aranel chuckles slightly at Robin*
Hmm?
*She looks behind herself*
Oh...Count Brinkatore and Charles...Something. I'm not too sure about Brinkatore, he unnerves me somewhat. But Charles is a good man. He gave me ointment and bandaged my wound when I arrived in the market place.
*Aranel looks back at Robin* Which brings me back to the subject of defence. It's all about quick but careful thinking. Although, I would indeed be fibbing if I told you that I seldom use my weapon.

*Robin runs a broad thumb down the flat of his sword...*
Yes... where did you get your wound, anyway? I've said this place is dangerous. Using your weapon isn't exactly wise if you're not sure if you can handle it... although... I'm sure you can...

Oh, the wound isn't much...To tell you the truth... I-
*Aranel sighs*
I fell from a tree...

It happens to the best of us... when I was a young - well - younger outlaw, I fell from trees. Ihat was before I learned to do this...
*Robin springs round, and effortlessly shimmies up the nearest tree, swings along a branch, and somersaults down to the ground.*
(Ouch... think I sprained an ankle there...) See? Practice, my dear, practice is all it takes!

*Aranel chuckles and applauds*
My dear? I haven't heard that phrase in a long while! Hmm... Y'know what? I'm feeling hungry. Is it 'catch your own food' here, or is there somewhere I could purchase food from?

*Robin blanches.*
Oh? Food? Well, the nearest village is Wolfenden. The quickest route is... well, I'd better not tell you that. No, the safest route is down that path over there.
*Robin motions towards the Falls, where the two cloaked figures are continuing to talk. To make his meaning more clear, he points one finger towards a roughly hewn path leading away towards what seems like a well-lit area of the Forest.*
If you want food, the best way is to go to the village. There're two inns there where you can buy food, or if you're really hungry, you can get something from the street traders. Best not to try to catch food. There are strange creatures abroad, and unless you're an experienced tracker, you could easily get hurt.
*Robin tries not to look too pleased with himself, so he leans nonchalantly on his sword. Naturally, he slips and almost falls over.*

*Aranel chuckles again, then helps Robin to steady him self* *She tries to keep a straight face*
Heehee...Aww, okay. I venture down to the inns and see what I can find.
*Aranel smiles kindly and holds in her laughter*
Thanks for your help, perhaps we'll meet again.
*She chuckles before heading out of the woodlands*

No problem. My pleasure, in fact. *Robin watches Aranel's retreating figure for a few moments, then grins, more to himself than anything else, before whipping 'round and jauntily heading off into the woods.* [ModNote: Robin is next seen in In search of weapons for sale.]
