If only?!
He doubts me, doesn't he?
*Quickly dismissing this, Shadow waits for Robin to get over, throws her belt and breastplate over...*
That had better not hit him.
*...and then vaults over herself.*

*Robin has fallen flat on his face, having tripped over a small green presence.*
Ow! What d'you think you're doing, Dinosaur Name?! Hiding behind this masonry where any fool could vault over?
*Shadow's breastplate hits him in the face.*
Aaaaargh! Okay, let's move out of the way.
*Dinosaur Name scuttles out of the way. Robin turns to follow him and Shadow's belt hits him in the back of the head.*
A bit quicker.
*He painfully crawls forwards.*

[OOC: I do not recall giving Shadow a shield XDDD]
Robin: Aaaaargh! Okay, let's move out of the way.
Oh! Sorry! I probably should have said "look out".
*Shadow, with a little help from the Feather of Falling, lands gently on the other side with no difficulty.*
Right, this had better work.
*She scoops up her breastplate and belt again and looks back as she moves forward herself.*

*Robin staggers to his feet and turns around to look back at the scene he has just exited.*
Crunch.
*There is a satisfying noise as, as Shadow had predicted, the crack in the ground impacts with the heavy masonry behind which he, a lizard, and a girl have just tumbled.
A few seconds pass.
And then he almost jumps for joy. Almost.*
YES! FANTA... I mean, oh good. It's not moving any more.
*He's not wrong. There's no crack in the ground snaking after him any more. Although he's no idea why... until he takes a look around.*
Oh...
*They have exited the school itself. The crumbling masonry / makeshift shield must, Robin realises, have been an external wall, judging by the weather-beaten, rough-hewn rock that he can see from here. The three of them are still on the school grounds, but whatever building there may have once been now fails to surround them any more.*
[Cut to...]
*In the castle courtyard, the Tin Child sparkles and shines for a while, then is still.*

So...
*She takes a quick look around.*
...onwards?

*The humans are talking. Dinosaur Name doesn't like it. He's always believed, ever since his heady days behind the soft cushiony structure, that he should be the one talking. However, now that one of the humans has ventured a question, he can't think of what to say.
Standing as high as Robin's knee, the small dinosaur glances around in order to assess where he is... even if he's not entirely been sure as to exactly where he's been since this started. No point in trying to access his memory - it seems cluttered enough by zebras and farms.
His keen dinosaur sense of aroma detection means that he can almost pinpoint where he should be going for now. Almost. At least he can sniff where there isn't magic. He doesn't like magic. And the only divinable exit he can see is a smallish gap in a large stone wall [OOC: the one via which Young Grimwold exited]. Small, that is, to a larger creature... although with Dinosaur Name's height...*
Bingo.
*While the humans continue their chatter, the small dinosaur toddles off, towards and through the gap... leaving the grounds of the school entirely.*

*Robin checks the sky. It's definitely daytime. But the slightly maudlin off-white hovering over this wreck of a school is feeling oppressive. He'd much rather been in Wolfenden. Or the wood.*
Yes. Onwards, I think. Let's get out of here. If we can find a way...
*He spots the hole.*
Ah...

*She spots it too.*
How convenient! Shall we go then?
