Wait, that was Imaginal speaking to me?! I...just had a GOD speak to me?!
Well...he said I had to aid you. And heroes help people...
...but I can't!
*She points to The March.*
I want to be with him!

He... *His ears flatten in confusion* I don't... aid me? I'm just so confused, did he... did he say how? I just really don't remember much at all. *He closes his eyes, seeing Autumn needs explanation* Gods may speak to me * addressing Autumn directly* or through me... usually my eyes change colour to black with intense magic use. But I don't pass out. Ugh, I just don't know... No, wait, I do!! Do you know of a man named Shadow? Do either of you know him? I am to search for Shadow, but I know not where.

[OOC: Oh I'm sorry! I didn't realise you'd updated your post. Could you warn me when you're going to update your post? It's just I only log on when I realise there's been a new post on our thread.]
A...a man named Shadow? Umm...
*Autumn thinks back...and back...and back...*
...wait...
*Something comes up.*
I think...it wasn't a man, it was a little girl. Well actually she was big to me at the time, but she was only about nine, or maybe ten. And I can only just remember her, because I was about five then.
But it might be someone else. I mean, you said you were looking for a man of course.
*The ring seems to have lost some of its power now. Maybe it's because Autumn has been wearing it for a while, but the reasons are unknown.*

Thank you, Varya [OCC: Elvish for "Autumn"], but I am saying "man" under mere presumption... this person, they must lead me through to the Silver Sanctuary... I simply never thought that Dura'iik could be a woman... She may be a woman by all accounts... I will choose to believe you... *Lufane's eye turn very deep green, almost black* You have aided me beyond belief, Varya, and I will give you two things in return... One of which is simple, another is quite dangerous for me to give away but I will do so anyway... *Lufane reaches into one of the pouches on his legs and produces 3 small stones much like the ones he had previously given to Peter. He also pulls out a larger ball, clear and crystalline, about the size of a small snow globe* These are yours *he hands the smaller gems to Autumn. He then holds out the larger of the crystals on his palm (facing upward) could you place your hand over this please?

[OOC: Oh I'm sorry! I didn't realise you'd updated your post. Could you warn me when you're going to update your post? It's just I only log on when I realise there's been a new post on our thread.] [OOC: Same here. Apologies for any delay I've caused, but if you were waiting for me to post, you didn't need to. The March of Ides could quite easily have been quietly watching the action unfold whilst letting Autumn take the lead in dealing with Lufane.] *Having been asked a direct question, The March of Ides breaks his silence.* Don't know the Shadow that you seek. Do not your gods about him speak?

*She takes the jewels and admires them. They are very pretty, after all. When Lufane shows her the larger crystal, she slips the other crystals in her bag.*
Oh, umm...okay.
*She places her hand over the crystal.*

*As soon as Autumn's hand touches the crystal her arm feels like ice, but she cannot take it off. Lufane's eyes change... one to a complete black the other to a complete red* Nakri'aana Lashiin Nathar Tolicé Nortall Morokai *The words come out as echos as if three Lufanes speak at once. The red of his left eye drains as if it were water and is left with black. The red colour moves down his arm and into the crystal. The crystal itself glows red and then calms. A small red person is trapped inside.* I give you the gift of my rage. When you are in dire need of the anger of an Elf, hold it and think of the anger you seek. If you are in need of me, myself, hold it and think of only me. I will know and I will come. *Lufane's eyes return to normal as does his voice. He collapses much in the same fashion as before only that he no longer breathes at all and his eyes are not white but a greenish-purple... the colour of magic itself. Now when he speak his voice seems a long way away.* Cosmos, show me the person I seek... *He blinks twice, tears forming in his eyes* NO, NO! Kaios, NO!!! *He sits bolt upright, soaked with renewed sweat, now fully crying and his eyes a very pale blue. He produces no sound, but tears steam down his face. He hangs his head and they drip to the floor*

*Autumn just looks at Lufane in...fear! Everything that had just happened was scary to say the least, but now he was just suddenly crying topped everything off. Her heart tells her to comfort the poor elf, but she is still under the ring's power and can't bring herself to it. With a limited set of options, she turns to the March of Ides.*
I...I wanna go!

*The March of Ides seems to be enthralled by Lufane's breakdown. Even Lokie, in spite of his captivity, is watching the elf in fascination. The March turns to look at Autumn.*
Are you quite sure you wish to go? He's putting on a mighty show.

You're not scared by him?!
*She looks to Lufane.*
Sheesh, the Common Race really are strange.

His threat's not to us, but himself. By "Common Race", do you mean elf?

*She turns back to The March with a look of confusion.*
Of course not. Don't yo-
*And then she realises something.*
Oh yeah, not a lot of the Common Race know about it. Well tell me, sir, do you have one of these anywhere on your body?
*Autumn lifts up her top to expose her left hip. A green gem seems to be stuck there.*

*The March assumes that the question was for him: he pats himself all over with one hand, then shakes his head.*
I don't believe I'm so adorned. But then I've only just been born.

*Autumn is about to question what The March meant by "I've only just been born", but thinks better of it.*
In my land, our power source is a substance called Ray. But 1000 years ago, because Ray was so powerful, people fought over it. And because of those jealous idiots, a poisonous gas called Hozone was produced, which destroyed our land. Some people decided to stay on Earth to try and restore everything, but others ran away to these special flying temples which contained our gods. Half of the people went to the Lascarde Skywalk, where Imaginal resided and the other half went to the Verct Skywalk, where the god Real resided.
*Autumn takes a deep breath before continuing.*
I...was about three years old at the time. I worshiped Imaginal with my parents, but my friends all worshiped Real, so I was separated from them when we escaped. And then one day...the Verct Skywalk collapsed and killed everyone on it. And I was devastated. And when the Skywalk fell, more Hozone spread. So Imaginal decided to protect us, until the Hozone was cleared from the land. So he used his powers to construct the 'Cradle of Stars', which is basically a room filled with coffin looking beds. Then Imaginal played us a lullaby and sent us all into a deep sleep; which basically stopped time for us all, so we never aged.
But for some odd reason, the effects of the Lullaby wear off on some people, causing them to wake up. When me and my parents woke up one day, Imaginal gifted us each with a Dragon Gem, which enabled us to block out the poisonous effects of the Hozone, which the people on Earth had adapted to. They were named the 'Common Race' and we were named the 'Divine Race'.
So if you see anyone wearing a Dragon Gem like this one, then you can just call them an 'ancient' like me. I know it's a long-winded story, but it's true!
