*Her head tilts to the side one more time before she suddenly turns to face Leytan better grabbing his hand as her other hand goes to her waist pulling at the silver dagger there and bringing the point to his thumb not actually piercing the skin but pressing the cold point enough tot he skin that it was dented.*
I wonder Leytan if I pressed this point any more would you bleed?
*She asks with a raised eyebrow obviously not intending any harm but trying to show him something.*
You would of died on the hang mans noose just as easily as those mortal men. You ARE just as mortal as they are and just as corruptable. You say that the only court you will face is that of the Gods, yet what court did those you have killed face? Yours? Did you become their Gods or Goddesses to be able to decide their fate?
I may not agree with what those men have done to others and would of been tempted to kill them myself I am sure but at the same time I do not agree with what you have done to them in return.
They would of gained their punishment by the divine as you say when they had died and by the law but you are not the law Leytan nor are you the divine, no matter how good you are and how many tricks you have in your blood.
You are still just a mortal like every one else, just me, that man and my brother as much as I think he may be the spawn of some type of devil creature at times.
*She then drops his hand and begins walking off briefly looking over her shoulder back towards him as she slides the dagger back into the sheath smiling faintly.*
Your welcome mortal man.
