OOC: Sorry, I thought that dragon body parts might have a magical trace or what-not about them
BIC: *As they look at the tooth, it starts to distort space around them. Kinda like getting a headrush, but only around the tooth. This sort of disruption usually ties in with strong magic, but nothing is being released or cast. It just is. The tooth begins visibly burning Raven's hand*

*Reacting swiftly, Drago kicks Raven's arm, just hard enough to knock the tooth out of her hand and onto the floor.* [OOC: Assuming the tooth wasn't stuck to her hand or being held too tightly. But if so, let me know and I'll edit this post.]
Lokie: May I assure you: my teeth have never done that.

*The tooth rolls across the floor. First away toward one of the walls, and then it reverses direction, and heads straight for Drago! The tooth picks up speed, as if it were being drawn to him*

Lokie: My word. You are more natural a thief than I ever credited. Now objects want to be taken by you!*Drago dodges the oncoming tooth.* If any dragon's tooth were to be sunk into me, I'd rather it be yours! Lokie: I'll bear that in mind next time the temptation strikes me.What kind of inn is this? I think we need some assistance. I'm going to find a member of staff. Lokie: Which, by astonishing coincidence, would allow you to escape the tooth.Quite! Lokie: I'd suggest a lower-tier employee, rather than the owner, lest he discipline us for this debacle. And do hurry. I've yet to be completely deterred from sampling that dragon nip.*Drago darts from the room, quickly shutting the door behind him.* [OOC: Continued in 'Looking for Leytan'.]

*The tooth impacts and bounces off the door as Drago closes it. The tooth then begins attempting to squeeze through the bottom of the door, although not very successfully. It starts trying to chip away the wood.*

[OOC: Continued from 'Looking for Leytan'.] *Drago reaches the door of Tom's room. Rapping on the door with a flamboyant knock that Lokie will recognise as his and no one else's, he reaches for the handle. Aware of the potential mayhem on the other side of the door, but also of the possibility that Constance subsribes to the 'ladies first' tenet of chivalry, Drago turns to her.* You may enter first, if you choose.

*A Faint scratching can be heard at the bottom of the door. Sawdust is starting to appear on the outer side of the door.*

*Lady Mercury smiles mischievously at Drago as he offres to let her go in front, and then looks down at the sawdust that seems to be appearing next to her feet. She lifts an eyebrow and looks enquringly at Drago*
"it looks like it really wants to follow you! Well, after you...*
Lady Mercury stands behind Drago, an interested look on her face*

*The tooth continues to scratch at the door. Suddenly there is a Strange light, coming from inside the room. As quickly as it came, it dissapears. Footsteps can be heard inside the room*
--- Inside The Room ---
*Raven regains conciousness, but not before she bursts out in light, grows a few feet and gains armour, age and weapons. The Raven that now stands up is far older than the girl that was previously in the room, dressed in Leather Garb and carrying a Bow. She regards Lokie*
"Dragon Kin? What manner of trickery is this? What is this place? Speak! I Demand Answers Lissard!"

*Lokie stares silently at the altered Raven for a moment.*
Lokie: And I demand courtesy.
Drago! Stop dawdling and get in here, will you?

"An Ambush? I should've known. Never trust a Dragon."
*Raven draws her bow and readies it with an Arrow. She aims it at Lokie.*
"You are not the first of your kind I have slain. Now.. call this 'Drago' of yours inside. Slowly."

*Lady Mercury looks quizzically at Drago and murmurs so softly Raven can't hear her*
"I thought you said there was a child in there? That sounds more like a fully grown adult, and she doesn't sound to happy to see your dragon friend. I'll accompany you inside if you wish?"
*Lady Mercury's eyes flash with a hint of gold, that swiftly passes and the air around her seems to crackle with energy for a moment, then seems to disappear*

*Inside the room:*
Lokie: Why? Did I speak too quickly when I called him in the first time?
*Outside the door:*
*To Lady Mercury, too quietly to be heard through the door* That was always the idea, was it not? But let's not enter just yet. The situation in there has changed, and if Lokie is rising to the occasion, as he very often does, I wouldn't want to steal the old chap's thunder.

*In the blink of an eye, Raven releases her arrow into the door, and draws another one, aiming again at Lokie. The arrow that hit the door penetrated enough that the arrow head juts out of the other side.*
"If you will not call them in, I suppose I will have to."
*Raven raises her voice*

Lokie: I did call him in, you insolent virago. Perhaps he is unwilling to comply because he knows that someone as impetuous as you is unlikely to keep her word. If you have a taste for wyrmslaying, then who knows how feeble an excuse is needed for you to deliver that arrow to my innards? If this is my day to die, then I welcome it as an escape from your foul mouth. And I rejoice at taking with me all my knowledge of who you are and from whence you came.
