Granted. Your house is now balanced on butterfly cupcakes: you're literally living on them. And it won't make you fat, because if you take even the smallest bite, your house will fall down. Call it the butterfly effect.
I wish I could turn birdsong on and off.

You can, but as that only applies to the wartime-set historical novel Birdsong, it's a bit pointless. The same effect comes from opening and closing the book.
I wish for some new shoes.

Granted! But since you didn't specify what kind of shoes you wanted, you end up with high heels.
I wisI could have gone on Knightmare (I would have loved to be a dungeoneer).

Granted, but the chance of becoming a winner is very little, and in your case it doesn't happen so you're roasted by one of Lord Fear's fireballs.
I wish I can get all the fanfictions, I haven't finished, finished.

Granted!
There are a couple of superfluous commas in your sentence; grammatically, your sentence reads such:
"I wish I could get all the fanfictions." - A hard copy of all fanfiction stories in the world magically appear in your house. You now need a bigger house.
"I haven't finished, finished." - Translates as "I have not [got] finished, finished." Finished, Finished is a fanfiction based in the Twilight universe in which Edward and Bella both come into contact with fire and burn into dust, ending the saga. This is in one of your piles of fanfiction, so now you have Finished, Finished.
You still need a bigger house.
I wish I had more confidence in my musical abilities.

Granted! Your new found confidence spurs you to do a stadium filling tour around Europe and, later, into America.
Unfortunately, your dancing skills are still a touch below par leading to the newspaper headline "Nice face, shame about the legs..."
I wish some of my colleagues at work had a few more neurons to share between them...

Granted. They now have as many neurons as you. In fact they have your neurons: they have turned into zombies (natural evolution) and are feasting on you from the brain down. But they're not entirely callous: they stuck in a birthday candle first and blew it out for you. Happy Birthday. > I wish it were easier to get a good night's sleep.

Granted but they all melted.
I wish I had a bigger house.

Granted, and once again we shall all be absorbed into granting each others wishes...
...there will be no escape this time...
I wish everyone on this site could meet up in real life dressed as our RP characters (if you have more than one, then use your favourite), and then we'll all RP in real life and go on a mass of adventures! (because seriously, who wouldn't want that? XD)

I would settle for everyone on this site meeting up on this site!
Your wish is granted. Unfortunately, we all forget to go to the toilet, because our characters never do. It ends in a mass of humiliation and we vow never to try it again.
I wish people wouldn't waste electricity.
