[ModNote: Robin was last seen in Making off with the gold.]
*The Dunnfalls are sometime harsh and forbidding. Robin once saw a great wizard fall to his almost-certain doom here. He encountered an ogre, and met a young warrior, all around the Dunnfalls.
But Robin feels at home here. He lived all of two lives in the forests, and this time around, they're even better than before. The steady rush of cascading water makes a pleasing sound.
Robin has been sitting on the branch of a tree for quite some time, his new costume fitting him like a glove, his sword hanging loosely by his side. A makeshift bow, forged from some vines and helpfully bendy branches, is in his left hand.*
This should do it... just a little tighter, and I know it will work. Maybe, if I ever get enough of that gold stuff, I could buy myself a real bow, but for now...
*Standing up, Robin aims a special arrow he has invented. In his third life, he's never been much good with a bow, but he's done this before, and he reasons with confidence he'll do it again...*
And here we go.
*He lets fly. The wooden shaft, a long line of string trailing behind it, shoots forward, and miraculously it hits its mark. He now has a line in his hand which leads from where he is to a tree on the other side of the Dunfalls.*
How do you like that? You've still got it, Robin, you've still got the knack!
*With swiftness, he ties the tightest knot around the branch, and then hoists his makeshift bow to his shoulder, and graps the string. Tightrope-like, it holds true. His legs and sword dangling in thin air, he flinchingly begins to shimmy across the Dunnfalls, his hands monkey-like as he feels nothing but peace around him.*
