[*Even through the sound of his own pulse racing in his ears, Skiprazor hears a mechanical whirr boiling through the thicket. To chase Fear now would be folly, as he knows not what comes in the distance, or where its allegiance lies.*]
[*The situation is proving increasingly volatile. Skiprazor is a wily foe who has survived countless conflicts and battles, and he is moderately confident of his ability to best Fear one-on-one, but these new intangibles tip the odds a little too far. The clanking sound is now plainly obvious. As Fear makes good his escape fom the clearing, Skiprazor calls after him, his words echoing among the trees.*]
"You and I will meet again in battle, Fear. The blood that flows from your wounds will soon become one with the earth here. I ask for no quarter, and can guarantee that none will be given. The time for backstabbing and interruptions will soon be at an end; then I will put you - and your minions - in Hell where you belong."
[*Pulling his hood back over his head, he scales the same tree from whence he had slammed Fear just moments before as the clanking sound grows ever closer. The rain begins to fall with renewed vigour. Skiprazor positions himself a good ten feet from the forest floor and waits.*]

Automatum stands on the cliff where Tom fell. There is a click as he re-calculates the number of eliminations to go. He then turns and head into the forest.

*The great grizzly bear that is Ursula's true form lifts its head with a snort as it senses the disturbance, knowing that one of the 'competetors' has been killed. With a growl of mixed anger and anxiety, the bear breaks into a surprisingly swift run, heading for the source of the disturbance*
*But as she draws closer, Ursula hears the unmistakeable crunch of footfalls rapidly approaching her, and catches the scent of someone not quite human...*

Automatum stops and turns. he see's the bear and scans it for weak points. His laser has not full re-charged. His Data provides a weakness. He then advances towards his prey.

*Seeing the Automatum, Ursula's hackles rise as she snarls, knowing that this is not one of her fellow contenders, but rather an agent of the Old One who has forced them to fight. However, she knows her claws and teeth will do little damage to its armour, if in fact the thing can be damaged at all. Athough she is loath to retreat before it, Ursula slowly begins to back away, still growling ferociously*

Automatum picks up speed. His scnner has located the weakest pint on the creature on which to strike. Death would be swift. He extends an arm.

*With astonishing speed for a creature of her size, Ursula twists to the side, shifting into a larger form as she does so. As the Automatum rushes past, her Crinos jaws clamp onto its outstretched arm and twist hard, aiming to flip the automatum onto its back*

The footfalls Ursula heard are the ones that carry Young Grimwold through the undergrowth, and crashing into the Automatum, knocking his arm wide of its aim...

*With a bellowing roar of pain, Ursula releases the Automatum's arm to give him a tremendous backpawed swipe, knocking it back several metres. Looking up to see Young Grimwold, Ursula snorts at him in warning, motioning to run with a jerk of her shaggy head, before taking off on all-fours at full speed*

Automatum straightens up and watches the retreating creatures. He tilts his head and there is a metalic twang. Damage has occured. He returns to base for repairs and upgrades.

*Young Grimwold chases after Ursula, avoiding an attack by the Automatum. Unsure if she can understand him in her current form, he attempts to call out to her...*
That mechanical creature is damaged. It called off the attack itself. We... we could attempt to overpower it...

*Even back in her normal bear form, Ursula can understand human speech, though she cannot communicate in any human (or near-human) language. Her head jerks up at Young Grimwol'd shoult, and as she listens she realises that his footsteps are the only ones she can hear, there is no-one pursuing them. Even so, she still seems quite cautious as she turns, waiting for Young Grimwold to catch up*

*YG notes the possibilities that Ursula may see him as a threat... or a victim. Though hopefully, she recognises him from their time at the Forge. As he approaches her, he holds out his palms to show that he does not have a weapon out. He slowly repeats his earlier suggestion and catches his breath.*

*Ursula-the-bear regards Young Grimwold suspiciously (and somewhat disconcertingly) for several long moments. Then, with a growl, she rears back onto her hind legs in a typical bears attack posture... and shrinks back to her human form*
"Hmmm. A good suggestion... but I am not sure if it is even possible to overpower such a thing... it is no thing of flesh and blood, and not even a spirit..."
*Ursula frowns as she tries to work this out, machinery is not something she's familiar with at all*
"Any normal creature would have been felled by a hit such as I gave it... I am unsure as to how we could inflict permanent damage. do you have any suggestions?"
*Almost as an afterthought, Ursula continues without waiting for a reply*
"Oh, I am assuming you have no intentions to fight as we are meant to? I have no wish to resort to violence, unless it is against those who have brought us here."
