[OOC: Continued from "Addis' Room".] *Addis stepped in front of Flaccus and, looking around to make sure nobody was around (it was quick, so anybody could hide without much difficulty), assumed his true form and let out a deep, annoyed growl.* "Where the hell were you!? And why were you causing trouble at the Inn!? But most importantly, WHY THE HELL ARE YOU IN YOUR TRUE FORM!?!? Didn't you look around, and notice the lack of scailed humanoids in this realm? Let alone, one who is heavily armored, batterd, and extremly rude! Does the concept of 'stealth' evade you? Well, speak up!" *Addis was yelling at this point. His scails clicked together and made a sound akin to that of a miniture plague of locusts.*

*Flaccus gave a bored yawn, and sat on a bench.*
"Done yet? Yes? Good. I swear, you sure can rant. Calm down, you're going to pop a blood vessel or something. What I want to know is where in the Abyss were you? I have been worried sick about you. Did you accomplish your mission? Is that thrice-damned Knight who killed our brother dead? Have we gotten our revenge? I don't give a damn what information that Jozan Dumarr has, I just want to know that our brother is eternally torturing his soul in the Abyss."
*Flaccus spat on the ground and leaned his head back, since he suddenly had a bad headache, and it wasn't because of the spell. Shreds of memories came back to him.*
"As for me? I got ordered to check out this weird mist that appeared all of a sudden. I can't remember exactly where it was...er...I think the Plains of Dust over by Tarsis. I could be wrong though, since I never look at maps. Either way, there have also been alot of dissapearences in that area, so that was the reason I had to investigate the mist. I had a whole Platoon with me. We entered the mist and couldn't see past our snouts. I continued on and I couldn;t hear our horses, or the troops' complaints about the mist. When I looked, nobody was there, and naturally I drew my sword. Then....I can't remember much. I remember...living statues -gargoyals-, weird, wolves that walked like men and spoke, a castle surronded by more mist and a moat....and..and some man. Hmph, weird, I didn't remember him earlyer, but now I remember. He had a cape that was black on the outside and red on the inside. He wore night-blue clothes fit for nobility, and his skin was..pail. He had fangs, I know that much. what was his name...ah, I think it was Strahd something. Strahd von Zarovich. I remember that much, but other then what I told you, it's all a blur..."
[OOC: The Dragonlance D&D setting does NOT have vampires, so no characters from Krynn (Dragonlance) would know what a vampire is, or werewolves for that matter.]

*Addis calmed down at this point, his scails no longer clicking together. Giving an annoyed sigh, he sat down next to his brother and formed a small fireball in his hand, and staired at it.*
"Sounds like you went though the Abyss, or atleast something close. Humans with fangs do not make much sence, but then again, not much has happened recently that makes much sence. I know I followed the Solamnic Knight into this village, but that was a while ago. If he is as smart as I think he is, he would have left a while ago. Then....I had a pretty bad nightmare a few hours ago...This nightmare was actually a vision."
[OOC: Addis describes the nightmare he had in "Addis' Room]
"So..we have two goals here. One, and the most important, is find another Portal to the Abyss, so that Her Dark Majesty may enter the mortal realm with all of her powers. And to answer the question that I am sure you are dying to ask, gods and goddesses, like Our Queen, Paladine, Kiri-Jolith, etc, etc, can not actually directly interfere with the mortal plain of existance. Once she is there, she will still be immortal and retain all of her godly powers. Since I don't know when we can ever return to Krynn, we should find a Portal here. The Queen didn't specify where the portal was, but that just means we must look."
*Addis staired at the flames, and the flames started changing colors and shapes. It would be called beautiful to all who didn't know that it was actually a very, very deadly spell.*
"Our other goal, which WILL come after the first, is avenging our fallen brother. Jozan Dumarr MUST die. However, now that we are trapped in this realm, and the so called 'Heroes of the Lance' are in Krynn, his death does not benefit The Queen. But it doesn't matter, for when we find The Portal, his death will come, and when he begs for us to deliver the killing blow, he will learn what the Abyss is like, and our brother will have a plaything for all eternity."
*The flames turned black suddenly, as if to mirror Addis' mood as he thought of the Solamnic Knight that still evaded him, his very existance a blight upon his soul.*

*Flaccus listened to Addis' words, all the while remaining silent, thinking.*
"Are you sure he would have left? There is a slight chance that he, I dunno, stayed because he found a good hiding spot or something. Maybe he is still in this village, maybe he left, how can we be sure? Although we haven't been on a mission together in a long time, I think we should split up. I can search this place, while you search around the realm itself. Shouldn't be too hard for you, what with your Aurak blood giving you that dimon....demon...that step thingy. Y'know, the one where you there then you are somewhere else in an instant? I know, I have to get repairs for my armor. Do you need anything?"

*The fire turned blue, as Addis started plotting again.*
"It's Dimensional Step, and I agree, splitting up may be our best bet. However, one thing bothers me...what if things blow up in our faces? It is always wise to have somewhere to go if things go bad. We need a place that we can use as a temporary base of operations. Why? So we can -hopefully- speak without being watched, stash supplies there, and rest. So..let's not split up yet, at least until we find a suitable spot. Honestly, I prefure a building with doors and windows. That way, I can easily ward them. I have some rather interesting spells that have specific uses, but are among my most deadly and potent spells."
*Addis said this last bit with a grin, as he mentally ran through his list of spells. About half of his spells were of this purpose, and hadn't been used in a while.*

*Flaccus was getting irratated by all this waiting, and stood up. He tossed his sword up in the air and caught it, and repeated this while he spoke.*
"I dunno much about 'tis place, so me thinks our safest bet is to learn more about this realm before we make any major moves. Hate t' see a castle, thinking it is a gift from the Queen and our new hideout, and find a dark wizard or somethin' there, right? Either way, we gotta get into some action, I'm bored...again. And if anything you and the others say is right, I'm just about as bad as a bored Kender. How 'bout we just take a building on the outskirts of town? Somewhere nobody ever goes. Nobody'll notice!"
*Flaccus, feeling quite proud of himself, catches his sword and puts it blade-first on the ground, leaning on it, waiting to hear Addis' approval.*

"No. Did you even THINK about that plan? Or is it just your bloodlust talking? Either way, people probably would notice a disappearence and a murder, probably while we're gone too. You can only assume the shape of the person you killed for a limited time, and I do not plan on limiting how many forms I can take, just because 'Barom Grimms' doesn't live there. However, I think somewhere in the outskirts of town will do. That way, we can pick up supplies when we need to. About learning about this realm, that is actually a good idea. Glad to know that your brain has a purpose, and isn't just sitting in that thick skull of yours...."
*Addis ducked a slash from Flaccus and continued speaking*
"I would say let's head to a library of some sorts, but I learned years ago to never bring you in them. Remember the last time?"

*Flaccus lets out a growl and took a wild slash at Addis, but missed as it got ducked.*
"Hmph, my brain works just fine, thanks. And look, it wasn't my fault, that damn human provoked me. He was ASKING me to stab him. Honest! And the books were sooooo boring! Why do you even read that crap anyways? We'll just ask around. I'm sure people will help us....when we have a sword to their necks..."
*Flaccus said that last part under his breath, but Addis heard it and shot him a dirty look.*
"What? I didn't say 'nothin."

*Addis had a resist the urge to throw the now red fireball at Flaccus, and he did it after weighing the gains and losses.*
"It has just occured to me that I can not leave you alone, for you will undoubtably do something stupid and cause a mess we can't get out of. Or should I say...YOU can't get out of. I have my ways...We are not getting anything done by just standing here squabling, and don't take another swing at me, or you'll be in alot of pain. We can look for your armor repairs now, but the problem is we have no money in this realm. Steel Pieces aren't the currency, gold is. Don't know why, since gold has no uses, while you can make so much with steel but-"
*Addis shrugs*
"-without money we can't do much. My spells and sweet talking can only go so far."

*Flaccus put a clawed hand under his breast plate and pulled out a bag.*
"Erm....I actually have a pretty good amount of gold here. I got it from some Gnomes we raided years ago. I was gonna pawn it for a slice of ham or something, glad I didn't."
*Flaccus saw Addis' eyes as Addis staired at the bag. Flaccus moved a claw past Addis' eyes.*
"Anybody home?"

*Addis saw the bag and couldn't speak, only make quiet sputtering noises...Then his eye started twitching.* "HOW LONG HAVE YOU HA-" *Addis realized he was yelling and calmed himself down, as much as he could.* "Ahem. How long did you have that? And, if I am not mistaken, why is MY Arcane Mark on the bag? And...a slice of ham? Really, a slice of HAM? Come on brother, get creative with your money, even gold like that. You can eventually trade it for something useful, or more Steel...which was what I was going to do...." *Addis closed his eyes and rubbed his temples, feeling woozy all of a sudden from the anger he had built up.* "Look, we have things now, let's just get your things repaired. I'll do the talking. There are some things we may have to buy and get specially made to fit our bodies, so we'll both go in our true forms. What I mean is, armor with slits in the back for your wings, and possibly chairs. I consider myself lucky...I do not have wings that get pinched from sitting in a human chair. However, we do have tails, and siting in 'normal' chairs does feel weird. I'll put anything other then your armor in my Bag of Holding. Oh, we'll need supplies too, water, food, etc" *Addis started heading towards what seemed like a Marketplace, and walked with his hood up. His tail still freely behind him, for he wasn't in the mood to go over all the precautions when his brother can't do any of them. Flaccus just unsummoned his sword and walked behind his brother, no more then 5 feet away at all times.* [OOC: Continued in "Requip & Resupply.]
