*Shadow thinks if it's that much of a nuisance to merchants, then she might as well take it off Trusty's hands.*
How much are you asking for then?

Trusty: A mere 30 gold pieces.

Oh, well that's okay then!
*Shadow hands over the gold pieces. Then she turns to the girl.*
So, lets say we go and find this pig then, eh?

Girl: Oh yes, let's, if you've finished playing shops with Vee. By the way, my name is Clarity. Clarity Seldam.

Well that confirms they're related then.
Okay then. Lead the way!

*Trusty is irritated that Clarity has given away their connection, but is glad seemingly to be holding onto the biggest secret of 'his' identity for now. At least he can be grateful for his customer.*
Trusty: A pleasure doing business with you, Shadow. Don't tell me dad!
*Trusty notices that Clarity is hesitating. He feels a pang of sympathy, but it passes.*
Trusty: If you're not sure where to look next, might I suggest that you rule out Frank the butcher? *He gestures across the marketplace, beyond the stalls, towards the butcher's shop; then smirks as Clarity goes pale.*
Clarity: Er, don't you mean Pat?
Trusty: *With a patronising smile* No, Pat is the baker. Off you go!
*Clarity runs off towards the butcher's, forgetting to wait for Shadow.*

*Shadow quickly runs after Clarity. She understands her concern, but she seriously doubts that the pig has met a fate like that in a short time.*

[OOC: I don't think we need a new thread as we're still in the marketplace area.]
*Clarity has come to a halt outside the butcher's shop and is bent double. The smell is making it difficult for her to get her breath back, as is the sight of discarded offal littering the ground outside the shop.*

*Shadow catches up.*
Well what do we do now? Should we ask if they've seen it?

*Clarity can't say anything in reply as she is still struggling to catch her breath, but she looks up at Shadow and nods.
The shop appears empty, with no customers and no one standing behind the counter. Through a doorway at the back, singing can be heard.*

Huh? Who could that be? They're not a very good singer.

*The singing continues.*
Singer: As long as we're together The rest can go to Hell I absolutely love you But you're absolute pig innards...
*If this is the butcher, then he obviously isn't aware yet that he has customers (well, pig seekers). Clarity is looking most anxious.*

*Shadow tries getting the butcher's attention.*
OI! IS ANYONE GOING TO COME AND SERVE US?!

*The singing stops. A scruffy man appears in the doorway holding a large knife. Clarity squeaks and hides behind Shadow.*
Frank the Butcher: Yes?

Umm...I was wondering if you've seen a pig running around here, by any chance?
