*...and at the same time, Robin is walking nonchalantly through the village square.* [ModNote: Last seen in Hungry Like The Wolf.]

*A rather distracted Midnight follows after Coriolis her mind swiftly switching her firey emotions off and her hunting instincts on. The prey not all the hard to catch. His smell could of lead a blind man to him. Though passing by some sewage made it slightly harder to track him down.*
*The villagers started to turn to see a tall black haired man followed by a black haired woman but when they turned away and then looked back the woman had seemingly disappeared leaving Coriolis to hunt on his own.*
*Really Midnight had ducked down a alley and had come out the other side of the street, her feet pounding silently on the dirt, her breath unchanged though her hair wind blown and her dirty, town clothes swaying as she ran gave her more of a appearance of a bagger herself rather than the Watcher she was. Though the appearance gave aid rather than hinderence (sp?) for no wanted to rob a begger of what little she had.*
*Coriolis and Midnight soon began to close in on the Begger but still had to catch him first......*

* Hands catches a glimpse of Midnight heading in his direction and, assuming that Coriolis cannot be far behind, runs into the square to get into another street and out of sight. Unfortunately Coriolis is in the Square. Hands curses his haste and continues to make for the street, hoping vainly that Coriolis will somehow fail to spot him. *

*Standing in the middle of the square, Robin notices the ragged figure of hands making off into a side street, looking hastily over his shoulder at someone... the square is not sparsely populated at this time, so it's impossible to work out who it is at this distance.*
Hmmmm...
*Robin thinks the figure in rags looks familiar, but decides not to get involved... his eyes still turn to follow the path of the ragged man, as well as a few other villagers'. Most of them don't seem to notice, though.*

*Midnight loses sight of Sly and curses herself for doing so and then suddenly a man appears as if the crowds round him disappeared, sadly for Midnight she was going too fast and couldn't stop in time to swerve out of the way and carry on her search or stop.....*
THUD
*...Midnight crashes into Robin both tumbling to the floor.*
Humph..Sorry about that...ummm errrr
*Realising she doesn't know him she smiles wanely and runs off in the direction where the smell of Sly is strongest, wondering where her Tiger friend had got to....*

*Robin is slightly stunned... he scrambles up and shakes his head.*
Ow... erm... oh, I'm so sorry, I didn't see you, I was looking at...
*...he looks round, trying to catch a glimpse of Sly... who is gone. Coming to a little, he reaches down to help Midnight up.*
I really am sorry, it's my fault...
*as Midnight runs off, he watches her for a while, now really confused.*

[glow=red,2,300]*...THUD....*[/glow] Gerrouttamyway! *A second unseen force sends the Woodsman flying towards the dusty flagstones, the only sound is of a rythmic 'buddabumbuddabumbuddabum' streaking across the square at high speed. The only vision a Feline shaped trick of the light, first at ground level then leaping up to continue the chase from the rooftops...*

* Hands has seen Midnight coming after him and is skulking in an alley, ready, since she is still in human rather than feline form, to grab her and hold her hostage to save his skin, since he has realised that the combination of his slow speed, brought on by the gold's weight, and his smell mean that he is not going to be able to get away. As Midnight approaches, Hands readies his magic rope, unaware that Coriolis can see everything from above. *

*Midnight slightly thrown off by the crash with Robin slows down a notch just in case anyone else ends up in her path. Approaching the alley where Sly is hiding her vision changes slightly, her vision gives her more visability in the dark, damp alley that definatly needs a good clean, a squeak from a mouse or two is heard echoing along then the hiss of a small black cat darts out chasing what is probably the noisy mouse iinto the sunlight..*
*Suddenly Sly's hands move with a surprising speed but not a second later a growl is heard from above and a shadow appears coming into land....*

*Back in the square, Robin cries out with pain as he is thrown to the floor by the unseen Coriolis. He considers crying for a while, but in the end just levers himself up with his sword, and collapses onto a stool next to one of the nearby houses.* [[OOC: Robin isn't hurt, just shaken. I know he doesn't have anything to do with this plotline, apart from a short interjection, but he'll be in the Square if anyone needs him.]] [ModNote: Robin is next seen in He shoots... he scores!....]

*(Back in the Alley) The White Tiger makes a textbook 'Jack-knife' landing from his rooftop launching.. 2 sets of claws rake the back of the Beggars neck while the rearward pair slam into the back of his knees and send ol' Sylvester sprawling... The precious Gold Seal scitters across the ground as three pairs of hands make a grab for it...*

*Three hands make contact with the seal and then something none of them expect happens. It starts of with the gold Seal taking on a golden glow and the a small but most definatly breath of fire appears from the dragoms mouth followed by the eyes starting to glow. Then all of a sudden the large valley becomes quite small as the gold seal disappears leaving a rather large golden shimmering dragon in it's place. The dragon spread it's wings and arched it's back as if stretching from spending too long in a cramped position. * *Midnight had by this time taken a couple of steps backwards when the dragon let out a burst of firey flame, licking up the walls of the alley leaving scorch marks behind. Not too far away screams were heard as people that had seen either the fire or dragon head appear had began to make a rather quick exit.* *The dragons muscles and wings flecked and shimmered with a golden glow along with a deep but light red lines that also shimmered. Giving the dragon the appearance of being on fire itself. The dragon lowered its head and spied her looking at it. A look she couldn't decipher passed across it's face and then opening it's mouth it reached down and took her already flimsy dress into it's mouth, lifting her clear of the ground.....*

[OOC: Apologies for the slow responses, Suffering writers block thanks to 'notenoughtimeitis'...]
*With hackles raised, ears flat and fangs on full show, The White Tiger launches itself at the new threat. Coriolis defiance is short lived however when, with a grace and speed that no creature so large should have, the dragon plucks him out of mid-air by the scruff of his neck and dangles him between claws of molten gold.*
*The other Armoury rack that the dragon would call a claw fastens itself around the beggars crumpled form. A massive heaving and the sound of collecting gases are heard before 3 sparks of life and a spectral chariot take flight toward the heavens....*

* Hands, whose shock and terror at this turning events have (in a certain indirect manner) exacerbated his smell somewhat, can only wonder what in Wolfenden (or, rather, out of it) is happening and where he and his intended victims are being carried. *
