(OOC: If I might make a suggestion?)
(Bearing in mind there has just been a very loud slanging match followed by a stabbing in a public marketplace, is it not likely that some sort of militia, watchman, policeman or simply a concerned civilian do something? After all, it doesn't have to be a PC who does everything.)
(Obviously since this isn't my thread, it would likely be best if one of you rp the authorities or brave villager, rather than me.)
(Strange would interfere, except 1. its not his style, and 2. he is too busy trying to get in contact with ringmasterrob)

*Equaliser arrives on the scene with a group of assassins in disguise as beggars. After 'begging' for a few minutes, they head into the alleyway to speak with Deal.* Darkraven: My lady, this man knows our identities Equaliser: Yes yes, it is no problem as long as her remains *gives Edward a threatening look* LOYAL. Anyway, are the goblain master and elf maiden dead? Deal: Well I killed the goblain master like my side of the bargain, but this idiots let Kully get away. *Lady Morgan looks furious* Equaliser: You IDIOTS! How did she get away? Assassin with dagger: We tied her down, there was a distraction and we looked up and two seconds later she'd fled. She won't get far since we tied her arms up with tight rope. Darkraven: What about the mage? Is he dead? Equaliser: No, we underestimated his magical prowess. He was also aided by the Knight, Lord Bob. We trapped them in a circle of fire but they rebounded our fire arrows and uses the flames as a shield. The knight teleported to the Netherworlds so his contract is lost, the mage teleported somewhere else. We lost 2 men and 1 has heavy burns and is being treated. Deal: looks like I'm the only one who has had any success tonight then. *A glare from equaliser shut him up.* Equaliser: Right the new plan is to find Kully, where might she have gone? *Another assassin arrives on the scene, the assassin is named Swift.* Swift: My lady, I have just seen the elf maiden entering the hut of the Ida creature. She looked worried and they began to talk. Equaliser: Excellent, Darkraven take a group and gather some gunpowder from the stack, Firehawk go and gather some torches and tapers. I will go and.... Deal: *interrupting her* Well Lady Morgan, I wanted to talk to you first... [OOC: For this to work we will have to assume that Kully has gone to Ida's hut ( outside Ida's hut topic) after Skakill's death, somewhere along the way she broke the bonding rope by rubbing the rope against a tree. So at this point Rob's position is unknown but Brother Strange is heading to the forest to find him, Bob has gone back to the Netherworlds and is untrackable and Kully is talking to Ida in the Ida's hut topic.] |

Equaliser: Yes, yes Edward. I will ensure my father believes Skarkill attacked you and attempted to rob some market traders, and you acted in defense, rather than face punishment I will see you are rewarded as you have taken care of a great menace to our guild. Fair enough?

Equaliser: Excellent, now I must gather my men, we have an elf and a mage to take care of.

[OOC: Does Tom know Lady Morgan is Equaliser? because he shouldn't by rights.] Equaliser: No it isnt good, not for you anyway. *She watches as two assassins sieze him and place him in handcuffs which CANNOT be broken by normal methods, we may have failed to catch one mage but it appears we have another. Take him to the local jail, the rest of us will go find the elf maiden. *Tom is taken to the local jail and slammed in a cell by order of the De Chaos family. He will remain there for one night as is the law against hobos attempting to sleep in the marketplace (false charge made up to get him in there)* [ModNote: Lady Morgan is next seen Outside Ida's hut.] |

"RATS, Oh well I am involved in deep now arnt I." <Paces the cell> "What is she planning now." <Thinks> "Theres nothing else for it I'll have to try the mind spell." *He mumbales a few words and sudernly he is thrown to the floor by the shere ammount of thorght that enters his mind. He learns of the Assasins Plot, Skarkill's Murder and the imprisoment of Brothre Strange.* *Tom's sences are overwelmed, he is seeing trippal.* "Concentrate on one thing......ONE THING." *He focasea on the bed and slowly his sences return to normal.* "Well next step is to get out of here and find this Brother Strange, I'll have to risk another Transortation Spell." *He mumbals the spell and in a flash Tom dissapers leaving only the maniclas behind.* |

*Tom's disappearance does not go un-noticed by the cell guards, soon his face is placed on wanted posters and the town militia are out looking for him with penalty of death. Meanwhile Tom appears in an unfamiliar location and sees a mage holding two unconcious creatures, one of the creatures is named Ida.*
